So lately I noticed my cardio has turned into all three.....lol....
I do an hour a day.....Start off with a fast paced Elliptical for 30minutes, then do HIIT for 15 mins (30second on, 2 mins off, still fast paced though) and then 15 mins of a walk on incline.....(in that order)
Is this ok? I am going to change the routine weekly with 5 days like that a 2 mixed in differently....
Thoughts and opinions???
