About 1 month ago i started prolotherapy treatments with a new team, i say team because there is a guy that is working on my steroid cycle to heal faster, another one that is working with me for posture readjustment, diet and rehab training using free weights and machine.
So far the results have been astounding: i got more out of this in a month then i got in 3 years of failed prolotherapy by amateurs.
I am 12 weeks in my 20 week cycle, and feel that the addition of steroids to prolotherapy has put me in the front seat of healing.
Has of February 17th i am not seeing my medical doctor anymore, tagging him has a fruit cake, once more did not want to treat my pains with prolotherapy and send me yet on another worthless chase for testing, this time one of is friends private clinic for an echography of the hip joint since its a private clinic its not covered by my insurance at 200$ a pop. He was not man enough to admit is mistake about my TRT protocol and that he screwed it up. That was enough for me to take.
I got my TRT re-adjusted at 100mg per 7-10 days, i also got some armidex in case of sides that i am glad right now are not showing, no more water retention, bloating and glad to say the acne i got is almost gone.
What i am the most amazed about is the training i have been put on and how along with the test E pumps me up real nice.
I do 4 sets of 15-20 reps at light to moderate weight. I exercise per body part for now since i do rehab and actually get a small cardio workout in the process.
One of my trainers is 52 years old, he injured himself at 30 and said to be suffering from chronic pains since that time, he herniated both disc at L4L5, blew up both is shoulders and suffer from sever arthritis and degeneration at the C7 cervical spine.
He told me that is TRT protocol removed a lot of the pain and that he has been training using light to moderate weights for a very long time, he is also the one working wit me on my TRT protocol.
He said that with proper diet, and TRT training this way can produce amazing results.
I am very excited to see how i look after 6 months and a better program with the same rep range.
I have absolutely no pains training this way even my right shoulder that been bothering me for a while seems fine now.
