Have any of you heard of the "Meat and Nut breakfast"? Im a big believer in most of charles poliquins training methods because I use them with my clients but his nutrition plans are a little out there! But! I have tried his meat and Nut breakfast the last couple days and I have to say I feel great in the morning! No carb crash, Im in a great mood! massive energy rush! check it out.
