    Bodybuilding question

    I took my shirt off today in school in the locker room looked in the mirror and realized im not big. Im not muscular or jacked. I look stupid. Honestly im sitting in my last class and im asking for help. I dont know what to fix. I adjusted training and diet and posted them on here PLEASE check them
    Out and help me. Ill do anything it takes. I dont know if my training is completelyyy screwed or
    My diet or bothhhh....i dont really change things around diet wise or training wise. But i do aim to progress and add weight...please help

    Haha 500mg would only last u a week anyway oh I believe you, once you know someone that sells it and u go to the gym and everyone's massive, it's so hard not to!

    But u will be much better off if u hold out for a few years, get your diet and training sorted, build a good solid base and u won't regret it! Stick around on this forum and I promise ,u will never stop learning

    Like a bunch of helpful cool guys, and yah their mad dudes i know who juice i want to soooooo so bad. My buddy actually does. He ran test e dbol and the pct then he jumped on another cycle real fast and used a test that kicks in quicker...idk he knows his shit hes jacked i know a lil bit

    I understand you my friend im somewhat like you, I wanted to cycle so bad which is how I found this site. But at 18 its not worth the health risks you have plenty of natural testosterone and even more time to get shredded just train hard get your diet in order and you can do it bro. Stick in there and once the results start coming your going to get addicted to seeing yourself change. Find what motivates you and whenever you workout think about that thing. Personally I like to think about the body that I want and that every set I do is one set closer to achieving that goal but also remember it takes time even with juice your results wont come overnight just be patient.

    If that's you in your avy there are 3 things you need to fix, diet, diet and diet. It's not going to happen overnight and if getting lean were easy then everyone would look great. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen.

    It's all about how bad u want it bro, If your gunna commit, truly commit to it it's a 24 hour a day thing not off and on wen u feel like it. U just have to want it

    yep, that's called body image dismorphic syndrome most of us have it to one degree or another..

    obsessive body image syndrome is another..

    it's like a skinny girl looking in a mirror and thinking she's fat..
    point being you need to set a goal and then effect a plan that will get you there.. that's success..

    Yea setting short an long term goals on paper are something i will most likely do. And it is the same in a way except most girls arent spending hours researching. Training. And committing their lifes to getting results:
