    What's the stuff that helps u sleep?? Keto ??

    Whats the name of the stuff that helps u sleep, it starts with a k like keto but it's not keto obviously

    I think you're thinking of ketotifen, thats not gonna work that well since its just an antihistamine. Take melatonin, works like a charm 10 to 15mg. Good luck

    Everyone is different though.... Ketotifen made me sorta sleepy but not like melatonin

    Melatonin helped me somewhat... N it tasted like candy! Mmmhhmmm

    Candy melatonin?? Shit I've been getting the wrong kind!! Mine is minty but not candy!

    I dont know what ketotifen you were taking, but that had me sleeping like a baby. The worst part was trying to wake up. 1mg of keto was like taking 200mg of benny

    LOL I know I just edited my post because I started thinking about it... and the keto did make me a little sleepy... so I had to correct myself

    Ketotifen knocks me out. Love the stuff. It's great to have around on those nights you just can't get to sleep.

    I wound up picking up some ZMA.......thanks for the help and originally I was looking for the Ketotifen.....

    GABA helps with 'sleepyness'.. and a couple shots of alcohol before bed.

    I cant use benadryl cuz i get the Jimmy leg horribly.. so ive resorted to ambien :P

    I use keto at 2mg before bed and it knocks me out good. I also take 5-htp, valerian root, melatonin, and prami so I sleep pretty damn good. I wouldn't take keto without clen though, I don't like depending on drugs to sleep. Try 100mg 5-htp, and 2.5-5mg melatonin. I have 5mg melatonin tabs and I split them in half at first, 5mg had me drowsy in the morning.
