    Enough proteins?

I've read many things about how many proteins I should get a day.. from 1.5 to 3 per lbs.. don't know where to stand to

I'm getting 200g of proteins a day, is it enough?

    More about me:

    • I'm ectomorphic (bigger than avatar now)
    • 1m88 (6'3")
    • 75 kg (175 lbs)
    • Hardgainer
    • Average daytime activity.
    • Slightly hypothyroidic (taking 37µg or tyroxin ED)
    • On second week of 400mg test. cyp. cycle
    • Weightlifting 3 to 4 times a week.

I can post my typical menu, please advise

How old r u? IMHO u are too light to have started your cycle, you should of waited till u built a better base first! I would always stick around 2lbs per pound of weight! If u are a hard gainer u can get away with eating more carbs

Less milk, less bread, less pasta! Most of it tbh.

Looking forward to seeing those macro's.

    Why?

OP: Once I establish my caloric needs, my rule of thumb is 1.5g/lb of LBM, not total bodyweight. We don't need to figure bodyfat into our protein requirements for what should be obvious reasons.

I then fill in my other 2 macros. From there, I adjust +/- slightly, but never wind up needing to waver much from 1.5g/lb of LBM. On cycle, i'd raise protein a bit but nothing hugly substantial.

I don't know your bodyfat but figured you at 10% just for argument's sake. At your weight, 200g is a bit low; i'd probably put you at 250g normally, 300g on cycle.

And btw, I agree with Stem - your diet is horrendous!
