Cardio as much as you can ..hour a day at least and find urself a high protein low carb diet ..work up to an hour a day if your just starting out ...and light weight a lot of reps for your sets ! By 8weeks with strict diet and heavy cardio I bet u drop 50lbs!

Do none of the above. Right now a lot can be achieved without any drugs.

I have cut from 280 to 232 since the end of November. In this time the only supplements i have used are protein and amino acids. YOu could easily cut a ton of weight with a proper diet and cardio

Just trying to speed the process , I do not consider those "DRUGS" bad either ..I did as I said about 4-5 years ago and have been ok with my weight ever since...

Listen to Noles though he knows more than me . Just talking from experience .. "/

Not trying to bash you nor do i feel any of them are bad. I just feel that at the OP's weight a simple change to diet and training can do wonders without the use of anything else. Often people slack on those two things hoping there is a cure all pill.

Having done it myself, i know personally how much those two very important things can do. I went from not caring what i ate, fast food, fried food, snacks, no cardio, etc to clean foods, only water, fasted cardio daily, and so on. In a very short period of time i have transformed my body back to the old me. I told myself i wasnt going to use anything to get there and i havent.

Good point no offense taken dude whatsoever you're 125% right.. I shouldn't have jumped right in to that should have asked dieting questions and workout routines to see his knowledge... I too recently made the LIFE CHANGE I needed , other times I've got into lifting wasn't dedicated and thought of it as a chore , now that I educated myself I enjoy the gym! (would of never ENJOYED it while eatin a bigmac , lol) now I smell a bigmac and cringe !
