    From weights to no weights?

    I have a problem, ive just come off a cycle and have obviously been hitting the gym hard.. problem is i have to now go away for work for the next 3 months, ill have no access to weights at all and will be working long hours.

    Cardio is the only exercise id be able to do but its not good for keeping gains, anyone have any advice on this or links to a good bodyweight exercise site?? any help would be much appreciated!!

    Oh oooo! Push ups, squats, pull ups! Put things on you back, be creative!

    Where r u going? I'm sure there would b a gym wherever ur going!

    No access to weights..just do push ups , pull ups , sit ups.... I forgot wat they're called but sit in the middle of two chairs and push ur body up and down wih ur legs up and arms bent ,,,, DO A HOOD WORKOUT ,,! Lol I'm sure if you use your head you'd find some crazy things to do...your full body weight is your best weight in my personal opinion

    Just turn wherever you are in to a gym! ...inless you just want to be lazy ; then just cycle back 10x harder when you get back, lol

    Good link there^ should have put something together and posted besides referring to another site , add it to our forum! Make it ours? Let them try and say something you know many roid raging juice heads we have here.? Let anybody try! Rofl

    I would also bring good resistance bands if you work with them nice and slow you get a great pump
