test prop, tren a, letro and sore nipples?!

Ok first of all I am 26 5'8" 184 with 9% bf.

I am currently running a test prop and tren cycle. I am on week 5 of a 9 week cycle.

Currently I am running 75mg of prop ed and 50 mg tren a ed. I am also taking .25mg of prami 2x a day. I am taking 25mcg of t3 ed.

Now my problem is with my ai. Right now I have sore nipples and just started to notice a small lump under my right nipple. It is freaking me out. I started out taking .25mg of letro eod. I upped it to .50mg eod. I am still having problems. Also I have been getting bad acne on my chest and back and I have never had this happen before. Below I have listed the different options I was considering. If anybody has an altogether different idea please let me know. I am open to suggestions and want to get this figured out asap

Option 1 I could either up the dose to .75mg eod

Option 2 .5mg ed.

Option 3 I have aromasin available at any time. I was thinking I could switch to aromasin and go with either 12.5 mg ed or 25 mg eod.

Option 4 Do any of the first 3 options with 10-20mg of nolva ed

I bought this letro from www.ar-r.com about a year ago. It has been stored at room temp for the whole time. Part of me was starting to think that maybe it doesn't have that long of a shelf life. It is possible that it loses its potency and effectiveness after a certain period of time?

How many days have you given the letro?

I have been on letro since day 1 of the cycle which started about 5 weeks ago. Like I said earlier, I started at .25mg eod. Maybe 2-3 weeks ago I bumped it up to .5mg eod and am still having problems, actually it is worse now than a few weeks ago(that is why part of me is thinking the letro has somehow gone bad). So any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Shootin for the fences here, but Could it be that your letro is good, but maybe the prami is garbage n the sore nips are prolactin related?

I'd try the Aromasin n if that works you know the letro is trash. If it doesn't maybe the prami is the problem. I'd also throw in Nolva after a few days, after you assess the AI, to block the breast receptors.
