    DC, GVT, 1 body part a week??

    Hey guys looking to change it up!
    What r ur thoughts on each,
    And if u have done any of them, please post up a detailed workout, if it's not to much trouble,

    Stats
    5"10
    76kg 11%bf
    Training 2 years, seriously for the last 5 months
    Diet is in tact.
    (am juicing)

    Just been doing ur avg
    Mon-back
    Tue-chest
    Wed-legs
    Thurs-shoulders
    Fri-arms
    Rest
    Rest.

    Or while on course would
    Chest/back
    Deads/legs.
    Shoulders/arms.
    Rest.
    Repeat.


    Or like
    Mon - Back/bis
    Tue - Chest/tris
    Wed - Rest
    Thur - Shoulders
    Fri - Legs
    Sat - Chest/tris
    Rest

    Then the week after for example if I wanted to hit shoulders twice
    I would do shoulders on tue, chest/tris on thur
    And then shoulders again on sat.
    And keep alternating between them all.

    Would either of them work??
    Giving ur muscles enough time
    To repair before hitting again.
