Hey guys im looking to lose last 20 to 25 lbs. I want to cut bf% down while keeping muscle build. I started back in august at 283. i am currently carrying 238. i have been on 2000 calorie diet with 5 days a week weight training and 6 days of cardio. Cut all sodas and juices out strictly water and unsweet green tea. Taking iso 100 protein and bcaas with cla daily and omega 3. want to really lose another 25. but would like some good supplements to help. Was to try some clen. But i was also told to try test but im confused. What should i take?
