    hello all new to site! need your help bad, im sure your sick of hearing that but plz!

    ive been reading for awhile, and am lost. I almost bought a online "legal Ste**id" but after reading not sure if its worth the money. im trying to type wisely here so bare with me please. Im 33, 5'7 185 lbs. i workout 5 days a week. been working out for years. I need some help to gain muscle mass and trim this last fat that is so freaking stubborn. I eat fairly well, i eat yolks in my eggs...so not perfect, chicken breast, brown rice, wheat bread etc. i take ultra man vitamins, and protein shakes. this method has helped but still not satisfied. So i looked online and found sites that sell to us in the usa. they are all pills and say they work great but what company wouldnt. As i said im 33 and want to be happy with my body and am aging, and time is getting shorter on a daily basis. not that you care but im single for the first time in ten years and want a good summer and want to look good and feel good. any advice about the legal stuff is appreciated what should i be searching for,. thanks in advance.

    please read the rules and edit your post. We do not discuss sources on the board.

    your 5'7 and 185. Whats your bf%?
    Post your actual diet up in the nutrition section. They can help you get it better
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    You cant ask for sources on here. You need to inject, an oral only wil yield no results. Most beginners prefer test enanthate.
    It seems you did no research.. search the stickies and gain knowledge, while cleaning up your diet.

    Best advice I can give is spend some time here researching and learning. You can't pm until you have 50 posts or so n we can't talk about any sources in the open board.

    Google search for source boards n do ALOT of researching. Most sources that are easy to find are scams.

    In the meantime hit up our Workout n Nutrution forums as well. Tons of great info on here.

    i would guess 18-20%
    def post your diet up. it can be adjusted. Eating yokes isnt the issue
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    i posted it in the nutrition area, thanks again guys, ive tried this for too long and am stuck where im at. i do 30 minutes of cardio every workout, weights for a hour to hour and a half, then stomach for 20-25 mins a workout. i dont get it. im getting back into racing atvs this season and am going pro so any help is appreciated.

    If yokes was a problem i'd be a complete fat ass!! They actually contain 43% of the total egg protein and highest concentration of nutrients and amino acids.

    As Gixxer said, post that diet for others to critique. We have a great Nutritional Forum w/ a lot of great guys and gals over there willing to help.

    Get that down and you can go from there.

    anything thats says its a legal steroid is no better than what u would get at the local suplement shop. if your goal is just to add a little kick to your gain... at your age you could probably go to a hormone repla***ent theropy doc and there usally quick to give low dose of test

    definately want a big kick....ive dropped 40 pounds in 4 months of hard training, before that it was light workouts. id like to get alot of muscle mass and shave the rest off faster before spring.

    Your house looks like a office building! The ceiling especially! Lol..no offense..

    If you wanna lose weight, you gotta get your diet in check, LOW CARBS and CARDIO will get you there. 30 minutes of cardio isnt much, if you want to lose the weight you gotta stick it out.
