What are u planning to run? Also people are gonna want to see ur stats. That might help get some of ur questions answered.
can you lay the cycle out more clearly

it doesnt matter what time you inject. But you have to follow the correct injection frequency for the chemicals you are using
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

5'7 and 158 and 18% i would work on your diet first so you get the most out of your cycle

And with diet, those ED or EOD injections might get old to you since it's your first cycle. Have you considered running a long ester test e? And how long did you plan on running a cycle? And what dosages?
have been working on my diet...that is the hardest part..omg. planning on an 8 wk cycle...starting with arimidex first week, then 400mg/wk of prop (EOD , most likely 4 shots/wk 100mg each) and 350mg/wk (shot twice during the week)of primo (only because thats what i have to run the cycle with at this point), PCT with clomid after last injection.
again im trying to ease into it...really would be happy with minimal results at this point and very interested to see how my body reacts to it.
My original question though, Does it matter when i shoot? Someone said it doesn't really matter in an earlier thread. Any advice there?
Also, I think my bf is 18% not really sure..i look lean..i should really find that out.
I chose test prop over test e because i liked the shorter ester and higher % of test that you get from it versus the longer ester Tests. Atleast for this cycle.

I just reviewed his post history. I don't see how you can make that assumption based on his post history. You come across as an angry hateful person. I truly don't get wtf your problem is. These boards are about info and like minded people sharing that knowledge while trying to help each other. To the OP, though your picture is rather vague, right off bat you don't look like you're 18% my friend, you look leaner than that, but I could be wrong. As far as when to shoot, I wouldn't be overly concerned, although with propionate I prefer to shoot early in the day. I also prefer to inject in sites relative to the muscle group I will be working that day when possible. This should actually help in terms of absorption due to increased bloodflow in that muscle. And I agree with your choice of prop over enanthate or cypionate, so long as you're comfortable with frequent injections.
I would also recommend spending some time reading and asking questions in our Nutrition section. Learning how to eat for goals will the be single-most important factor in your cycle. Don't pay attention to songdog, he posts that response in every thread.
Thanks BBrian and Songdog..i have been doing lots of reading and its been a long time coming for me to actually try this. Diet is the hardest for me..and believe me im working on it..for me that is about discipline.....my pic is recent and my bf is actually 12%. i probably run too much but its a release for me.
Also, i've tried to pick a combo with minimal side affects for my first cycle..like i said earlier just trying to get a feel for how my body will react to it and change during my training.

Hahahahaha tell us how you really feel bear? I love the guys who also just hang out in the new member section saying Hi, welcome. I think in the past 4 years I have been in the 4 times.
OP your body fat is not 12% either from what I can see in the picture, probably closer to 15% but that's not to bad. Dont stress on the diet to much or you will loose the battle. Also dont think about it as a battle. Make small changes, eat healthier, eat 6x a day... This was the best thing I ever did was to learn to eat more frequently. Once you body learns it does not have to store extra fats for those hunger/starvation times (90 days) then it just starts dropping off. I got down to under 12% easily with only a little cardio and no cycle help.
Where to shoot is up to you, whatever you feel comfortable doing. I typically do quads but most like glutes. I think it was mentioned also that since it's prop doing the muscle group you plan on working is beneficial and I think a few hours prior to working them.
Get down to 12% and you will see a lot more benefit from you proposed cycle. Good luck whichever way you go.

Hey LovByts...thanks for the words...its funny, first when someone asked about my BF i said 18 cuz a few years back i had it done and that's what i remembered and the since this post i had a trainer at my gym do it for me...that's where i got the 12 number...but everytime i get it done its different. Regardless...you advice about diet is the way i need to go..to drastic of a change attempted always leads me back to where i began (eating poorly). I have started my cycle, shots in the glutes in the a.m. before i workout.
But to ALL ... thanks for your advice .. much appreciated..i hope to be knowledgable enough someday to return the favor :-)
