Any real native blond... Nordic stock is sweet stuff. rite? lol.. the back of my calves barely even have hair lol and i go literaly weeks with out shaving my arm pits cuz there just no hair... altho I never have to wax or pluck my brows...a draw back is even my eyebrow are super lite and fine hair, I do have to color or use eye brow make up or it looks like I have no eye brows and thats scarey lol

You can always go with the old saying; get them before the hair does.
Typically Italians have a lot of hair. Dark hair is typically more noticeable also. True blonds will obviously have less or less noticeably. Look for the tell tale signs, slight mustache, bushy eye brows, hairy arms most all means more noticeable hair other places.
