    Hello new member here couple questions

    Hey my name is Brandon ..I've been looking to start a cycle of test ethanate I'm doing research and have been for awhile now this would be my first cycle and I'm sure there's a ton of stuff I could learn I'm not in anyway just trying to jump on a cycle to get buff to pick up girls or anything like that I do have my cycle all ready and I've had it for awhile now

    Start off with me
    I just turned 23
    139 lbs
    5'8"
    Have been actively working out at the gym
    14% bmi I know it's a horrible method to use but that's what I have for now

    Now my cycle I have
    test ethanate
    Inject twice a week 250mg so 2- 125mg injections For 10 weeks
    Last injection wait 10-14 days and then start pct
    Using clomid first 7 days I would take 50mg
    Days 8-13 take 30mg a day
    Then 3 days of 15mg a day

    Now I know there's probably a ton of room for improvement here and that's why I'm posting I'm not going to be offended by anything you say I'm here to learn and I'm in no rush to start until I know everything there is to know
    I'm a small guy as you can tell I have tried to put on some weight but it's just not happening I will get alittlenmore toned but that's about it and I have been on a good diet so go at it thanks for any help

    23 is a little young but more importantly your very thin for 5'8. You say you have a good diet. But it might not be a good diet for adding weight. Post exactly what you eat for a typical day
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Typical day I wake up eat 3 eggs or some oatmeal/snack-protein shake/lunch I will eat chicken or like a tuna sandwich with some type of fruit or veggie/snack-protein shake and sometimes a protein bar/dinner I usually eat chicken a potatoe and veggies and drink a protein shake sometime before bed

    thats why you arent gaining buddy. That not alot of food at all
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I'm 6'1, was at 195 and I bulked to 215 staying at 13% bf. I was eating around 4-5,000 calories a day with a 50/30/20 ratio of protein, carbs, fat. Your diet is why your still small. Fix that before you think about a cycle especially at 23 because you have good natural test levels still and can make good gains with our it.

    Alright so is my diet good? Just need to eat more of what I'm all ready eating or is there anything I should change?

    start a thread in the nutrition forum. post your stats and diet and goals. there will be good help.
    the food your eating isnt bad. but you arent eating nearly enough of it

    Alright my test is good until next year so I have time and if I'm still not ready I know people I could give it to

    You are better off waiting until you are 25 to cycle do to the risks of doing damage to your endo system.But in the mean time you can work on your diet.
