my experince so far
have before wasnt a fan cause i wasnt getting leaner at the time. but was getting stronger. was just shit diet.
now im implementing it with my trainer/ close mate who is certified by him.
and using his diet approach as well only been 12 days ish and i got where i wanted to be instead of the 4 week mark i was aiming for.
he doesnt seem to give clients cardio either.
yeah its brutal but its good shit lol
hows everyone elses experience?
in may i start to do a bulk doing poliquin principles.
also havent seen a mate for a while he did the poliquin arms routine for 5 weeks and gained an inch. and hes not stranger to training.
so far i cant fault it. i know there are other ways to train as well just really enjoying the tempos and the training layouts he uses.
A close buddy is certified by him. He loves it.
Nutrtion wise he swears by meat and nut breakfast. Also does not give cardio. Allows the slow tempos/supersets and diet work on getting fat off.
No carbs for the higher % bf clients.
yeah i eat nut and meat breaky as well. my carbs are only pwo and meal after that. no carbs rest of the day.

Why pwo and ppwo? I think you'd benefit more with all carbs pwo
i dunno mate hes the trainer. either way its working well so im not changing a thing.

What does this training program look like?, never heard of it.
I'm really thinking about giving his lactic acid fat loss training a try, for my cutting routine. Supposed to be awesome for fat loss.
