Yo guys/gals i am running my first cycle well aware of the fact that i am too young to do so , that put aside i would like any suggestions and advice.
Week 1 - 4 - Winstrol 50mg E\D
Week 1 - 4 - Proviron 25mg E\D
Week 1 - 14 - Ananar 50mg E\D
Week 1 - 10 - Test E 2ml P\W
Letrozole as an AI 0.5mg EOD
Clen and ECA cycled 2 weeks clen , 2 weeks ECA
PCT starts 30 days after last shot of test using Clomid and Aromasin and Nolvadex for PCT
My Diet is:
Wake - Whey isolate
Breakfeast - 3 egg whites and one whole egg on Low GI brown bread
Mid-Morning - Chicken Breast and Whey Isolate
Lunch - 250g lean mince with one cup brown noodles and a can of tamatoes
Mid-Day - Chicken Breast and Whey Isolate
Dinner - Chicken Breast and a cup broccoli or 250g steak with one Sweet Potato
Before Bed - 100g of cottage cheese or casien shake
Post Workout - Whey isolate
I drink about 2L of greentea a day and 1L of rooibos
Please guys any advice i am verry new to this ( and i know i am too young )
