So this is what i was wondering so i don't add any fat.I am going to take some time off(about 4 days)from training since i've been at it for 6 weeks continuously and i feel a bit tired/bored to go workout.
How should i adjust my diet for these 3-4 days?I think i'll need less calories than when i am working out since there won't be any muscles that need recovering from day to day.Should i just lower my carbs a bit?What do you think?
