    workout while on test?

so i plan on using test. enth. and i really want my calves to grow like in the pic. I know that the muscle grows when you tear the muscle fibers and and it heals where it tears which is how a muscle grows and of course test will speed up the process of healing. so what i want to know is how do i work out the calves while on test. enth.

do i do high repetitions with low sets with a moderate weight or do i do low repetitions and high sets with a lot of weight?

Here's the dream calves that i want.

training calfs you mix it up. a few sets of heavy under 10 reps, then a few low weight high volume. I personally for about 10-12 reps each lift for calfs and then at tend do a burn out of low weight 35+ reps.

personally i like big calves that dont show the two heads except when flexing them;on your tippy toes. to me if i see someone with calves that shows the line(and i mean the ones that really show withouth even the person flexing them;flat footed) i turn the other way and i say to myself."That's too much detail."

when you say mix it up do you mean do both on the same day or do you go heavy, low reps, high sets on one day
and go light, high reps, low sets on another day

of course. i am 23 years old i am 5'9'' and stayed that way since i graduated from high school. i currently weigh 175 pounds and according to my bio-electrical impedance analysis machine (and for those of you who dont know what it is, it's the machine you hold with both hands and hold out in fornt of you) its 17% body fat. but i dont really trust that machine so the other method i plan to use to measure my body fat but almost everyone never uses and it's the most accurate is UNDERWATER MEASURING. I dont know the exact name of the method but you go to an expert and you go in this tub machine thingy filled with water and if somehow measures your body fat, muscle, bones and water you have in your body. dont know how much it costs but ill let you know once i found out

ok so i found out its called Hydrostatic underwater weighing, or hydrostatic testing, is a method of determining body composition (body fat to lean mass) that make up a person's total body density using Archimedes' Principle of displa***ent.
    here's how it works
To perform underwater weighing, a person is first weighted on dry land. Next the individual will get into a large tank of water. While sitting on a special scale, he is lowered underwater and asked to expel all the air from his lungs and remain motionless while the underwater weight is measured. This procedure is repeated three times and averaged.
A special calculation is then used to determine lean weight and fat weight and determine a person's percentage of body fat. By volume fat weighs less than muscle, and pound for pound fat and muscle each have a constant mass and displace a specific amount of water.

I mean I do it all in one day. Heavy weight lower volume always followed by a few high rep sets. And try to train they twice a week. But mostly one cause I jump rope twice a week on avg and that kills them. Much like gixxer tap dance I can imagine

OP, genetics plays a mojor roll. If its not there, you can train all you want and may never match that picture. I dont want to discourage you though. Take some measurements and give it h#ll for six months. I have a 4x4 block of wood 20 inches long and two short pieces of a 2x4 screwed into the 4x4 as stabilizers. I set it on the floor under the Smith machine. I put only my toes on the 4x4 and rest the bar on my shoulders. After a warm up I load 4 plates on there and do it to complete failure on 4 to 6 sets. The block allows you to go deep. When you bring it to the top...hold it while on your tip toes. Flex and squeeze. Back it up with a couple of burn outs as stated above. Add weight as your strength increases. Good luck

I'll try that. hopefully i do get big claves. i just dont want to be those guys that have a lot of muscle in their upper body and when you look at their calves, there's not a lot of definition. a person that has a great legs, chest and shoulders has a great body proportion and know what they are doing. they are a freakin GOD!
