First cycle ever what should i take?

Im interested in taking a cycle of something that will give me a kick in the butt. Im not looking to go crazy but a helper. I have a good diet, I workout hard daily and have a good base. Im on duastride for to stop receding hair line for about 3 months now, and seems to be working. What would someone recommend I take? Do i need to take pills to stop gyno on this? After im off cycle? Ive looked for posts similar but it seems most have done cycles before. I heard Cypionate would be a good starter at low dose for akick in the butt? im looking for the least harsh on the hairline while using the duasteride. Help would be great Thanks Guys

Dont recommend a cycle to someone who has not yet posted their stats

To the original poster, what are your stats? This includes weight, height, bf%, age, years training

I am 5'8.5" 185-190 and i have 21% bodyfat according to the scale I have. Im 27. Ive been training off and on for the last 7 years. I have been on the athletic side and build until the last 2 years. Before that I Did MMA training for 3-4 years and boxed as an amateur for 10+years. I was always used to cutting wieght with those sports now that im done with them I have focused on building more muscle. I hope this helps in giving an idea of myself. I appreciate the help.

It's advised you get your BF down to under 15% before running any cycle of anything, get it down naturally. It help with reducing sides such as gyno, high E2 causing ED and acne.

Visit the diet section and first thing first learn to eat 6x a day. That alone will make a big difference.

Thanks for advice i will do that first before anything. Im already on the 6x a day eating. I came down from 30% body fat in one month and have maintained the exact same wieght. im in the gym for 2+ hours a day on wieghts. Ive been hitting it hard and seeing good results over the past three months.

I would also do some research on wat you are doing.Like the compounds who wish to use and how they effect your body. Both positive and neg.Read about pct how to deal with gyno and while your at it learn about AIs to control bloat.Last but not least hit the diet section and post your diet. This is a real cycle saver.Good luck

I hope most of the 2 hrs is cardio, no need to lift for 2 hrs. You may be over training. Try to keep the lifting to 1 hr and either do a push/pull, only 2 body parts per day or just one body part a day. dont try to do full body especially several times a day. You need time to recover.

Since you have dropped that much body fat already (congratulations) then be skeptical about the scale in weight. Remember you are putting on muscle so you are adding weight at the same time you are loose fat.

    Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the info guys. Its bad too spend that much time in gym? i had no idea actually? Why is that? I Lift in those two hours continuous. I drink aminos while working out to what i read is supposed to help with long workouts. Is it bad if I do 1hour then take a break, then go back later in the day and do another hour? I work from home so i have a lot of free time and I would like to spend as much time in the gym as possible as long as im getting something out of it. ive been seeing results ove the past few months but if i could maximize this by not over working myself that would be great. I feel like i dont get enough done if im only there an hour. Any advice would be appreciated.

You definitely need to get you BF below 15% FOR SURE bro. I tried a cycle when I was young and my body fat was about the same as yours and was not happy with the results at all. Took a while and a lot of hard work to get back where I am now. We all live and learn though brotha. Just do a lot of cardio over the next 6 months or so and watch your diet then do a Test only cycle for your first one (with proper PCT of course) after the sumer is over and your BF is down another 7% or so. Later.

If you are spending 2 hrs in the gym working only 2 body parts you are over training. I did that for several years also and it's a big part of why I could not gain much size/mass due to over training, breaking down the muscles to much.

What would you suggest? I have been reading for hours....I keep seeing different opinions on whats too long and whats not. I cant find much for why though. Is it ok to do one hour on a "pull" muscle group and then a few hours later do another hour on a "push" muscle group? I defiantly am watching my diet and eating enough protien according to what i read on here. Just a bit lost now on what i should do for workouts...how long and when and what i guess! lol!

Well part of it depends on how many reps you are doing, how many sets and how long between sets.

It's good to mix things up ever few months from push/pull to pull pull, push push and one muscle group a day. It's bad to keep doing the exact same thing for months and months, your muscles get to use to it and gains diminish greatly.

U should keep your workout between 45-60 mins with high intensity, If you workout more than that, then you ain't doing much in the first place! U could also add 20-30 mins cardio and 10-15 mins stretching!
