Wussap guys, long time reader, and now member.
I apologize on asking something thats probably been asked before and I have researched in these forums but I was hoping some of you who are educated can point me in the right direction.
First, I'm 29, 6'1, 202 lbs, and I have been working out for about 8 years.
I changed my diet about a year and a half to no shit food during the week (fast food) and sticking to as much chicken and fish as I can.
I try to keep active by plaing bball during the week and occasionally running on the treadmill a few times a week after my workouts.
I know that my diet and cardio is about 80% of getting lean but I do want to enhance it.
I have a lot of friends who have done every type of gear there is and always try convincing me to do them.
I have tried M1T years ago with solid gains and tried a just anavar cycle last year which was pretty good, at 25 mg's a day for about 8 weeks and gained about 4 lbs of lean muscle which I kept.
I know this sounds like mickey mouse ish, but truth is, I dont want to be a big bulky dude. I respect it but its just not me.
I dont shoot to gain 25 lbs of muscle, I like my weight, maybe another 5-10 lbs and then I want to get shredded.
My goal is to maybe add 5-10 lbs lean muscle and get more vascular.
This is my question.....
EQ + Anavar cycle or Winny tabs and Anavar cycle or any other suggestions?
I do not want to add test to my cycle because I dont want no water gains and I do have a thinning scalp and I know that would speed up the process.
Sucks cause all my dads side has thick ass hair but all my moms side have thin hair.
Which would be more effective and at what does?
which is cleaner?
Any advice on dosage and obviously I would up the anavar from 25 mg's/day.
And if anyone has a great workout program to match the cycle they suggest, I would really appreciate it.
