    Need help on lean cycle please.

    Wussap guys, long time reader, and now member.

    I apologize on asking something thats probably been asked before and I have researched in these forums but I was hoping some of you who are educated can point me in the right direction.

    First, I'm 29, 6'1, 202 lbs, and I have been working out for about 8 years.
    I changed my diet about a year and a half to no shit food during the week (fast food) and sticking to as much chicken and fish as I can.
    I try to keep active by plaing bball during the week and occasionally running on the treadmill a few times a week after my workouts.
    I know that my diet and cardio is about 80% of getting lean but I do want to enhance it.

    I have a lot of friends who have done every type of gear there is and always try convincing me to do them.
    I have tried M1T years ago with solid gains and tried a just anavar cycle last year which was pretty good, at 25 mg's a day for about 8 weeks and gained about 4 lbs of lean muscle which I kept.

    I know this sounds like mickey mouse ish, but truth is, I dont want to be a big bulky dude. I respect it but its just not me.
    I dont shoot to gain 25 lbs of muscle, I like my weight, maybe another 5-10 lbs and then I want to get shredded.

    My goal is to maybe add 5-10 lbs lean muscle and get more vascular.

    This is my question.....

    EQ + Anavar cycle or Winny tabs and Anavar cycle or any other suggestions?

    I do not want to add test to my cycle because I dont want no water gains and I do have a thinning scalp and I know that would speed up the process.
    Sucks cause all my dads side has thick ass hair but all my moms side have thin hair.

    Which would be more effective and at what does?
    which is cleaner?
    Any advice on dosage and obviously I would up the anavar from 25 mg's/day.

    And if anyone has a great workout program to match the cycle they suggest, I would really appreciate it.

    Once again I do apologize if this has been asked before but I need some good personal help.

    Welcome, I personally would just diet if you only wany 5 lbs and vascularity will come if you drop some bf. Oral only is not recommended as you know. And you can avoid a lot of bloat on cycle by eating properly and using an ai.
    Running var at 25 mg is a waste of money. I would run at 60mg at the very least. I personally ran at 80. The stuff is not cheap.

    thanks for the quick post and help

    dropping bf is hard for me, obviously its possible but I would rather speed up the process.
    And ya maybe 25 mg/day on var was enough so thats why I wanted to up the does and add either EQ or Winny.

    honestly each of us have done it. (losing the bf) Many of us still struggle to keep it off. You need to look into the diet section, I imagine you will learn a lot over there. I would save my money and use var when my bf is down a little more. You will see better results if you do so. Good luck

    I have not ran eq-but many on here say it is useless.

    i will diet but i want to speed up the process.

    have you heard of ppl doing a winny/var cycle?

    Why not look into a Clen/T3 protocol...?

    of course I have heard of people doing a var/winny cycle. I have personally ran both. I did run each with test as a base and on sparate occasions.
    I know you want help with fat loss that is why I suggested to head over to the diet section and you may learn a few things you are doing wrong that will make a big difference.

    Winny and var are both dht based steroids which IMO would be much worse for your hair than a simple test cycle.

    i ran an 8 weeker on var and had no issues so im assuming it will stay like that if i repeat.
    winny affects it though?

    thank you and i will check out the diet section but from personal experience what would you recommend I do, winny/var or eq/var?

    You need to be able to shred the weight and keep it off through dedication, paitence, and time. So when you get ready for aas you will have your diet ready and be good to go.
    I would run test/var if it was me.
