Besides running test and a estrogen blocker, what else would you recommend to run with the Deca 200 mg a week ?

i found no issues with deca, even at 400mg a week.
also an anti estrogen wont stop deca sides, i hope you know that.

at 200mg a week your probibly fine but should have an AI AND somthing for prog like bromo or caber, and only use it if needed.

Sorry to be argumentative but the side affects of deca ARE in fact estrogen-related. Deca has a high rate of aromatization, causing bloating, acne, and gynecomastia. This is all controlled with an aromatase inhibitor. The only other factor to consider with deca is the fact that it is extremely suppressive to the gonads, moreso than test but controllable all the same with HCG and a proper PCT protocol. And by the way, neither bromo nor caber is used for deca, those are used for compounds that are prolactin agonists such as Trenbolone.

Bbriam. I've heard Deca does affect prolactin but so does any aas. I ran a 30 mg dose of Anavar and my prolactin spiked and I have the bw to prove it..

Pardon me, perhaps I speak too much from personal experience than what we see in bloodwork results. I have used deca several times and have never had any side affects that were not completely controllable through the use of an AI. Currently I'm running 400mg of deca a week and 700mg of test per week, and Arimidex has kept all bloating at bay and I've had no instance of gyno. This is my 8th week in.

Estrogen reinforces itself and inhibits Prolactin while Prolactin reinforces itself and inhibits Estrogen. It's my understanding that prolactin levels high enough to cause gyno, lactation and loss of libido are as a result of poorly controlled estrogen levels, which again are kept under control through the proper use of an AI while on cycle. But of course, we're all a little different in physiological terms. I've heard many people claim that their body simply could not handle deca at all, but I get the feeling that they simply failed to control their estrogen levels from the beginning.

Run ur AI, controlling estrogen will control prolactin issues.

Also, before using caber or bromo, i would use vit b6. Dopamaine agonists are potent stuff to say the least

Thanks for confirming my understanding of prolactin. Lemonada8's mind is pretty much an organic published clinical trial, for those of you who weren't aware
