okay so off cycle i tend to only train 3-4 times a week but on cycle i try hit the 5 day mark and getting a couple of muscle groups twice so here goes
monday: back & 2 bicep exercises
tuesday chest & 2 tricep exercises
wednesday: deadlifts, squats & couple more leg exercises
thursday: shoulders & traps
friday: arms
weekend: rest
what you think ????
reason for deadlifts on the wednesday is im aiming to target my back than twice a week and feel this is the best way. isolate movements more on the monday and then deads on the wednesday. most exercises i will hit 4 sets of 8-12 reps some smaller muscle groups i will go for 3 sets.
