Week 1-4: Clen starting at 40mcg going up to 100mcg or where I feel comfortable. T3 starting at 50mcg and working up to 100mcg then tapering back to 50. Test Prop @ 100mg eod or 300mg/wk.
Week 5-12: Tren Ace 50mg/day. Test Prop 75mg/day. Masteron 50mg/day. (Cutmix from Dragon Pharma with additional prop.)
Weeks 6 or 8-12: Oral Winny @ 50mg daily.
On Cycle: Adex .5mg eod/Cycle Support.
PCT: Clomid 100/75/50/50..Aromasin 20mg for 4 weeks..Vit C 3g/daily..Creatine 5-10g.
Weight: 230
Diet: Probably start at around 3000 calories (300p/300c/75f) Thats just a ballpark idea might tweak my numbers around. Sources consist of sweet potatoes, oats, ezeckiel bread, veggies, minimal fruit (blueberries/grapefruit), whole eggs, almonds, natty pb, macadamia nut oil, EFAs, chicken, turkey, whey, egg whites, beef. Nothing fancy just the basics.
Only real question I have is I was debating running the clen t3 solo for the first 4 weeks. Ive heard mixed reviews on this and most say to run the clen/t3 with some sort of anabolic to prevent the muscle loss? For this I was going to get Prop to run for the full 12 weeks and have it alongside the t3/clen....
