lol.... America free my ass. Why do we care if people want to go have sex or pay for sex? I don't do it and I don't care if people want to do things like that. It has absolutely no impact on me whatsoever. If someone talked another person into sticking their ding a ling in a tree for money....what do I care aside from the humor. Why tax dollars go to this nonsense as well as many others is beyond me.

It's only news because it gives the rest of the world an excuse to look down on us although most of them do the same or much worse. No different that how it's made public and inhumane when our troops do something stupid in the heat of the moment of war but nothing is said about how our people are tortured in unmanageably ways daily, publicly beheaded and worse.

We are being destroyed and taken over from the inside out convincing our own people that WE are the bad guys and the enemies have a right to hate us...

Enumclaw WA became famous a few years back because a guy died after having sex with a horse. The horse penetrated a little further than expected. LOL

Exactly. Was it really necessary to setup an undercover sting for this? I'm sure there are worse things happening around town that the cops could focus their resources on...

Its all the animal lovers out there protecting animal rights and saving them from cruelty, but I am pretty sure that dog would have enjoyed banging the skank.

The only way you can be truly free is to live with with no law. That would completely make it impossible for us to live in groups.

As soon as two people get together and agree not to steal each other's food you are losing the level of freedom you seem to think we need in order to be "free."

I don't mind following a set of laws that sets down the minimum level of accepted behavior.

It's definitely more complex than that. Laws are written and justified to protect people. In other words, if i don't want your actions to hurt me and I can't settle it with you, than you need a law of the land or 3rd party to settle. But when you get into protecting myself from myself, such as seatbelt law, helmet law. Or a law that says two consenting people can't have sex that has money involved, gambling.....then it is all way out of line from the original intent of protecting someone from another such as a drunk drivers actions, stealing from another person, etc... Who said I have to wear a motorcycle helmet? I didn't want one. Make a law that anyone under the age of 15 has to be buckled up. fine. When your an adult and don't want to buckle up.. who cares?? These are just the obvious examples of how freedom is lost and the boundaries that are clear cut are being overstepped.

Crazy add on bills and laws are past all the time. Many are stupid ideas with ulterior motives and a waste of resources, time, and money.

We have laws because people are stupid. If you are on a bike, fall hitting your head then who should have to pay for your stupidity? An accident that might have cost 1,700.00 to insurance is now going to cost 50,000 because of your hospital stay and multi brain test.

I think if you dont want to wear a seatbelt or helmet when you are in an accident you should be 100% responsible for the bill not the insurance company.

    1. A million laws will not correct stupidity and never will so that is futile logic.

    2. Who said laws should be written to protect Insurance companies? If they want to bargain and take money then they should also bargain or write in their own stipulations that one has to wear a helmet to protect themselves in order to be covered and not get Government involved. Called Free Enterprise. This is the epitome of what I am saying is foul play on law writing. Some insurance lobbyist pushed this agenda and tacked this law on to protect their pockets. So if you think I am dumb for not wanting to wear a helmet... sorry I really don't care. I haven't cracked my head on anything and I have paid all my insurance for 20 yrs, not a single accident and one ticket. So whats kind of logic is yours? BTW,it is not against the law in my state. I think the person who bought into this jargon that the insurance company sold to our government is the stupid, not the person who wants maintain a free thought and will with his own life.

    3. I will never sheepishly agree with all laws just because some laws are legit.

    4. I do not look or wait for the Gov to create laws that have to do with ethical behavior like prostitution.

We can go on forever about the details of some laws and whether or not they are right or wrong. There are a million. What I am saying is that the boundaries of law making has been crossed and continue more and more. It is a weak argument and simple minded to say that one law is justifiable hence all laws are justifiable or created equal. Or to say that laws are created for stupidity. That is brilliant. I am not into tunnel thinking and I sure as hell know that the US Government routinely enact laws that do not have the best interest of people. They sell it that way for the sheep, but it is not even close.

I am not trying to convince you or anyone to break laws or to start questioning laws that are written. If you want to blindly believe that all laws come from the same place so they are equal... knock yourself out. My whole point on this was to say MY OPINION, that tax dollars are wasted on dumb shit like this and there are plenty of stupid things like that infringe on freedom as oppose to protecting anyone or anything.

    It helps to curb it.

The laws aren't just there to protect insurance companies. If you know anything about me you know i despise insurance companies but I don't let that blind me from the truth. In the example i listed the law both saves the insurance companies money and the persons health who is in an auto accident which in a perfect would in turn help insurance rates and make premium cheaper.

    3. I will never sheepishly agree with all laws just because some laws are legit.

Well like they say, if you don't like the heat then get out the kitchen.

For the record i totally agree with you about taxes being wasted here but until the law is pulled or changed then i feel they have to punish the guilty. You can have a judge say "Well, this law is sort stupid so ill give you a pass on this." Everyone might be all fine and dandy with a judge saying that on this case but he is basing his decision off his opinion. What about the next judge who is trying a child rape case and in his opinion its not so bad and lets the guy off easy.

Now you are just looking to argue. lol He clearly said he does not believe ALL laws are right, not that none are. Im sure we can all agree on your last example, that is not at question. The point is laws that are a waste of time where no one is getting hurt. Example. If you live in a remote area and you are stopped at a red light and you can see each direction for a LONG way, say miles and no one is coming but the light is taking forever to change or it's broken and wont change; are you breaking the law by going through it even though you stopped but it's still red? Bottom line, who cares except for the cop hiding in the corn field watching.

I like places like Mexico. If you walk into a hole in the sidewalk and get hurt you cant sue anyone. Watch where you are going.

Can't you agree that the law is there and mean't to NOT be broken? So even if it was 4:00AM and not a soul was on the road you still just can't go through a red light. Now if you had a medical emergency i could understand that but to say "heck, there isn't anyone around ill just go through it" just seems wrong to me. [[hugs]]

I didnt say just go through. You are stopped, it wont change, you are waiting what seem like forever and no one is in sight. I have been there, done that and truly something was wrong with the light. No reason to sit 3+ minutes at a light in a dead intersection. yes I backed up several time to make sure I hit the sensor area on the road. Sometimes laws are just stupid. It's only an example.

There are just TO many laws. Do you know there were 40,000 new laws that went into effect Jan 1st 2012? 40,000!!! WTF?

Yeah, in Mexico, you'd never find somebody trying to sue McDonald's because they didn't know their "Hot Coffee" was hot.

Unfortunately though they have been to influenced by the West and since so many people have TRIED to sue them after falling down the stairs of the pyramids they have closed them off to the public like Chichen itza. I'm glad I got to go long enough ago to enjoy walking up a couple of my trips.

Yeah they whole coffee thing was??? I'm still not sure what the TRUE story was. Some say she dropped it in her lap. Others say it melted the bottom of the cut due to being WAY to hot, almost boiling???

From what I remember from the newspaper, she took the lid off the cup and tried to drink while she was driving. Her argument was she didn't know that the coffee was supposed to be hot (it didn't have a label). And that was before this iced coffee shit became the craze.

Doing some fact finding and this is what I came up with. From the 'Lectric Law Library

Stella Liebeck of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was in the passenger seat of her grandson's car when she was severely burned by McDonalds' coffee in February 1992. Liebeck, 79 at the time, ordered coffee that was served in a styrofoam cup at the drivethrough window of a local McDonalds.

After receiving the order, the grandson pulled his car forward and stopped momentarily so that Liebeck could add cream and sugar to her coffee. (Critics of civil justice, who have pounced on this case, often charge that Liebeck was driving the car or that the vehicle was in motion when she spilled the coffee; neither is true.) Liebeck placed the cup between her knees and attempted to remove the plastic lid from the cup. As she removed the lid, the entire contents of the cup spilled into her lap.

The sweatpants Liebeck was wearing absorbed the coffee and held it next to her skin. A vascular surgeon determined that Liebeck suffered full thickness burns (or third-degree burns) over 6 percent of her body, including her inner thighs, perineum, buttocks, and genital and groin areas. She was hospitalized for eight days, during which time she underwent skin grafting. Liebeck, who also underwent debridement treatments, sought to settle her claim for $20,000, but McDonalds refused.

During discovery, McDonalds produced documents showing more than 700 claims by people burned by its coffee between 1982 and 1992. Some claims involved third-degree burns substantially similar to Liebecks. This history documented McDonalds' knowledge about the extent and nature of this hazard.

McDonalds also said during discovery that, based on a consultants advice, it held its coffee at between 180 and 190 degrees fahrenheit to maintain optimum taste. He admitted that he had not evaluated the safety ramifications at this temperature. Other establishments sell coffee at substantially lower temperatures, and coffee served at home is generally 135 to 140 degrees

I must've read what some critic said. Still though it sounds a bit fishy to throw the blame on McDonalds entirely.

I agree BUT if it's fact that they regularly kept the coffee at 180+ deg and their were multiple such cases then???? Some companies wont change anything until it cost them and someone as big as McDonald's it has to be enough to hurt/notice.

I run red lights sometimes while drinking McDonalds coffee, I don't particularly care what anyone thinks of me but what does this have to do with three people fvcking a dog and trying to get the dogs owner to join them? And why did the owner answer the ad in the first place, I mean what was she doing in the "I need a dog to fvck" section? What made her change her mind and turn them in? Lots of unanswered questions, inquiring minds want to know.

why is sex with the animal wrong?? point being it's against the law of the land, just like sex with minor children and sodomy..

so people pick and choose what laws they want to follow and those caught are prosecuted to the letter of the law..

Everyone might be all fine and dandy with a judge saying that on this case but he is basing his decision off his opinion. What about the next judge who is trying a child rape case and in his opinion its not so bad and lets the guy off easy.
That is EXACTLY what needs to happen. If more judges stood up for what they believed in, instead of being sheep, our courts and jails would not be so clogged with such nonsense as speeding infractions and marijuana possession.
