Hey everyone,
I don't post here much, but am constantly reading up on everything. I notice there are really some knowledgeable guys here, especially commenting on hrt. I have a question for you.
I have been having libido, interest and drive problems since I've been in my 20's (28 now). I chalked it up to just overworking and not really giving a crap generally. Well I've noticed it getting worse and I've had my total testosterone checked 3 times in this past year and never came up with anything over 450 ng/dl (labcorp range 348-1197) I recently went in for a 4th round of labs, this time I insisted on a full profile from the stickies here, was like asking for perscribed hgh or something geez.
My question is because I think the value is too low and am starting to get new symptoms. Pending my next tests showing increased values...would hcg alone for 4-6 weeks be of benefit to try at this point? I've been reading guys that are secondary hypo can benefit from trying to restart with either hcg or clomid etc. I am going to be moving and changing jobs within the next 2 weeks so I won't be able to get blood work done for a little while too so that's a concern. I have a feeling I will be a legitimate candidate for hrt in the coming years, but would like to put that off if at all possible until necessary.
Thanks for the help guys.
