    What you think

    On week two of this program, trying to drop bf%
    This is my routine... Any input welcome

    Monday- chest bi's
    Tuesday - legs
    Wednesday - back abs
    Thursday - cardio 45-1hr
    Friday- shoulders tris
    Saturday - cardio 45-1hr
    Sunday - rest

    Fasted cardio in the AM 1/2hr to 45 4-6 times a week

    That is basically my split, trying to cut atm too. Works really good for me! Only thing I'd change is the back wo on thursday and take Wed off. If you train intensely and do squats and deads you want to have some time in between.

    Can you handle that much cardio? I do 4-5 fasted sessions too, for me the long sessions would be overkill but thats just me

    I agree or even rest Wed, workout shoulders/tris Thurs and back Friday.

    Good idea moving my rest day, I was under the impression that wasn't a great deal of cardio but it does start to take its toll at the end of the week.

    Up at 4 for cardio, work 6-6 then then gym for an hr bed by 9.30

    Start over again
