    Advice Please

Hey guys new here to the forum, just needed some advice from you guys. Basically I'm 19 years old 5'10 148 pounds (yeah slim I know) and am contemplating doing a cycle of steroids. I started working out about 2 years ago consistently (not claiming to be a monster) and have worked out inconsistently the last year. During my first 2 years i made steady gains and was up to 170 pounds at one point but my diet wasn't in check, hence some of it was fat. So I primarily spent the last few months cutting and establishing a proper diet, unfortunately during the process I hit some plateaus, lost alot of weight, and as a result was disinterested in continuing to lift weights at one point (as stupid as it sounds). However now I'd like to get my gains and weight back with a proper diet and the help of some dbol, test e, and nolvadex (which is running me about 200$).

I have done some research as to how to administer the steroids, however I'd like you're input as to if I'm rushing into this too quickly or what you feel I should do. I'd like to gain a solid 20 pounds and add to my strength, where is which steroids would help, and I know some of you feel I should do this naturally but honestly I lack the motivation without them. It's discouraging to know I've practically wasted 2 years of weightlifting and have seen my gains diminish and that In order to gain that back naturally it would take several months if not a year. I feel this would give me a kick start to get back to where I need to be, and I honestly believe I'm ready to work out hard while on them as I aim to bulk cleanly.

    Any help/input is appreciated, thanks.

No, you are too young for steroids. The potential damage you could do to your endocrine system far out weighs any benefits you might get. You need a good diet and training routine. And, you have to have the drive yourself to get in the gym. If it takes steroids to get you to the gym, being fit and going to the gym probably isn't your game. Take the next 4-5 years to get that diet and training down and by then you should know.

Learn to eat right and you will gain.

Eat your 5-6 meals a day man. Take those protein, carbs and calories! 19 you'll be easy to gain weight. Protein, Creatine, Multi's and BCAA's works wonders ya know.

yes like you said you are rushinmg into them
with your stats a good diet can get you were you want naturally. Please post your diet and let us help.
i understand about losing motivation with out results but getting a good diet you will get results.
and with out a diet you will not gain as much as you could on cycle and you will lose it after cycle.
How much motivation will you have in 12 weeks when you weight and strenght start dropping back down?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Hey guys thanks for the input. My diet is basically eggs in the morning, protein shake after workout in afternoon, sandwhich in the evening, chicken breast at night and whenever I need a snack I go for either vector cereal or fruits. I try making it through the week while being as clean as possible however I occasionally relapse with a cheat day every so often (usually due to intoxication). I try spacing out meals every 3-4 hours and I'm looking into adding more protein in (in the form of tuna and another protein shake etc).

I know you guys are telling me to hold off however I'd at least like to know whether or not I can use these safely. I don't want to be stubborn but this is something I've considered quite seriously over the last few months since I feel stupid about wasting my time. Just to make things clear I'm not a monster in the gym (never been able to bench my own body weight, always hit plateaus in the past due to poor diet, and the time off working out to cut recently only hurt that further). However I always tried using proper form when doing exercises, working out every body part, and the diet has been coming along the past few months. So I'm not some veteran body builder but I honestly feel like my 2 years at the gym have given me enough knowledge on proper workout routines and I just need to up the intensity. Back during the first 2 years I made minimal strength gains (due to diet, had a keg for a stomach) and now when I got rid of the keg I'm even weaker than before. It pisses me off to consider I have to gain all that back naturally and make up for lost time, when I see my friends that are my age already reaping the benefits from when they started working out. I graduated and in the weight room now whenever I go back I'm arguably the lightest person there (only 148 lbs), see high-school kids outlifting me, and all of its discouraging. I can't wait a year to do this naturally while some younger kid continually outlifts me (Hopefully doesn't sound stupid, just explaining my situation and how I feel). I know if I started 3 years ago with a proper diet and consistently worked out I would never touch steroids. However its at the point where I want to use steroids to quickly gain weight/muscle and to make up for lost time to put myself where I feel I should have been by my age (its how I justify it and this feeling isn't escaping my mind).

So I am leaning towards using them, however it's not concrete yet but I've given my reasons above and it might be hard to understand why from your perspective. the Dbol, test e, and nolvadex will give me a huge boost over that mental and physical hurdles I've faced and will salvage the time I've wasted (not easy knowing 3 years have went by and you're back where you've started). I do feel like I know how to use them safely, and will train much harder while on them due to the boost. I also know that once I'm off them I need to increase my calories and protein intake (cleanly) and lift intensely which I'm dedicated to doing, its just the first few steps which are hard.

Sorry for the life-story but I feel you guys needed to know why I'm doing this and that I do have some experience while in the gym. Given my situation and past can anyone at least advocate safe use of the steroids?

ok, that diet is horrible if you trying to add some muscle and get stronger. Stop worring about "clean" dont eat burger king. But your eating no food. That barly anything. I'm not trying to be offensive but just to put in prospective the girl in my avi eats more food then that a day. You say if you know once you come off yout cycle you will need to increase calories. You need to increase them now. If you eat more you will gain more. Even steroids arent going to add muscle with that diet. I'm jsut being honest. you body makes muscles out of food. And if you dont take more in, it doesnt matter what you inject or pills you will swallow.
Please learn about a proper diet. I know you eat "healthy" But that diet isnt what you need for your goals. I understand your frustration, but if you go on cycle now your just going to be out $$ and further dissapointed.

Gixxerboy makes a valid set of points. I know how you feel about losing motivation. We've all been there. Here are some things that you need to consider though: First, you're right, the anabolic steroids will give you an awesome, newfound state of strength, weightgain, endurance and motivation. Unfortunately, however, once you stop taking them, you are going to find yourself sinking even lower than you are right now. All of those boosts are going to go away very quickly, and if you're having problems with motivation now, I can almost guarantee you that once you finish the cycle, you will have absolutely no interest in getting back into the gym. And then you will lose EVERY SINGLE gain you made, and be far more depressed due to the presence of estrogen and a further degradation of adrenaline and seratonin. You will regret it. At this point you may be wondering, if that's the case, why do all of you cycle steroids? Well there's a catch. You have to develop an incredible discipline in regards to your workout regimen and diet. Without that, we will gain little and maintain nothing. There are many reasons, physiologically speaking, why it is very dangerous to use steroids at the age of 18, but instead of going into them I will simply summarize by saying that they will suppress your sexual organs which develop until the age of 25, and during that suppression you will lose a period of development that you can never get back, resulting in nasty things such as erectile disfunction, lack of sexual prowess, and depression. What you should be doing right now is developing that discipline I referred to. If you want to have a bodybuilder's physique, or something close to it, now is the time to begin your education. You need to learn how to eat for gains, how to workout for gains, and spend a lot of time developing the discipline to stick with those. For instance, were you aware that the way you lift weights will determine whether your body releases cortisol (which inhibits muscle growth) or growth hormone? This kind of knowledge is what will allow you to achieve your goals. At your age, with a strong diet and exercise routine, you have far more potential to build lean muscle than you realize. There's a member here who calls himself "butterygoodness". He's 19, all natural, and looks like someone who has cycled for two years. Check it out here... http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...s#.T1EzUIf2Z3g
He got that way by doing the things that I'm preaching to you right now. And what's great is the fact that we have a Nutrition and Workout section where you can read all about how to do this the right way and interact with experienced lifters to learn everything you need to develop a solid base. When you get your diet and workouts in line, you might be shocked at how much motivation you are suddenly bestowed with. And then there are supplements that take you even further, such as specific amino acids that increase Nitric Oxide which make your muscles pump up and rip out when you work out. I don't think you realize how far from plateauing you really are brother.
