I have been working out for about 8 years. and have only done a cycle of var so thats why I need you guys to help me out.
This might sound cheesy but I found this cycle from the brad pitt cycle that was posted online before, lol im sure u experts will laugh but thats my goal just to get more lean and harder not wanting to add more weight.
