    Arimidex anabolism

Ok, so i know arimi boosts testosterone off cycle. Not enough for dramatic gains, but what about enough to keep someone anabolic while cutting? Like with T3/clen? Or are only supra-physiological levels of test enough to stop catabolism?

I'll try and generate some discussion for ya bro

I wouldn't think adex would be used to boost test. It just aint for that.

Staying anabolic, or at least maintaining as much muscle as possible, whilst cutting is not only about maintaining test levels, but also preventing catabolic processes in the body. So when getting down to 5% body fat, when lowered testosterone is inevitable, you also want to make sure you're taking preventative measures to stop catabolic behaviours such as release of cortisol.

What I am eluding to here is that catabolism/anabolism isn't just about testosterone. There are other hormones involved in the whole process... Cortisol, Growth Hormone, Thyroid, IGF1, insulin, and estogen to name a few. And these can be manipulated by eating certain foods in certain combinations at certain times.

Sometimes I wish people would take the time to learn this stuff. This is why the vets on here go on about food all the time. How we eat affects the way our hormones react and what results we get. It's not just about calories in versus calories out. And it certainly isn't as simple as using the best drug to 'burn fat' or 'build muscle'.

So to stay on the topic, I'd look at how to eat properly, and stick with known drugs for the purpose you're after. I wouldn't think adex fits in to what you're after.

    Just my honest opinion though...

Well i know about cortisol and the other hormones effects on catabolism/anabolism. But higher test levels tend to outweigh the effects of cortisol. The protein synthesis becomes faster than breakdown. And arimidex does raise testosterone. It works in negative feedback on the HPTA. It lowers estrogen, which causes the body to produce more testosterone. I know estrogen has a role in muscle anabolism, but im not talking about taking such high doses to completely block all estrogen.

Messing with your hormones to maybe get a slight raise in testosterone is not worth it imo. As said above you can eat many foods and supplements to maximize muscle growth. If taking a serm actually helped in a risk reward ratio we would all being doing it

Yeah i know it would be more popular if it worked. But i thought i was on to something.. lol. I figured since it can help hypogonadism and stuff, it could give a slight edge without relying on gear for constant anabolism. But i guess someone somewhere has tried it and said naw, not worth shyt.

I'm not sure how much it would raise test. but it will decrease your estrogen. And you need estrogen to grow. On cycle your estro is elevated so lowering to your normal range doesnt effect your gains. Taking normal levels and lowering them more will effect your gains and possibly give you ED issues also
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Shyt i dont know why i cant think of the simplest things like this. I guess i over analyze when the answer is stupidly simple.
