Nolva and clomid?

what was your first cycle? and yes use both as recommended here. however if it was me, i would use only enough clomid as necessary. 100/50/50/50 should be plenty.

and x2 on the hcg. 250iu 2/wk would work well for that cycle. keeps your boyz in shape and assists in promoting a healthy recovery during pct. as Gixxer said, it's never a waste bro.

Use both clomid and nolvadex together for PCT. As for dosage heres what i used for my last PCT after a test/tren cycle.I used no HCG during or after the cycle which was 8 weeks. i used 50mg Clomid EOD and Nolvadex 20mg EOD for 4 weeks,did blood work 1 month after PCT and test was 502. You CAN use high doses of clomid and nolvadex but i dont think its necessary,why take the chance of bad side effects if you dont need to.Clomid can have some pretty bad side effects,especially with vision. Heres a link to a study using low doses of clomid to stimulate test and these are not even healty people they test,they have secondary hypogonadal and ED issues and still respond very well to treatment.
