I train monday-friday after school.
...Im just now on the weekends doing fasted cardio (im cutting)
Anway, On the weekends i do absolutely nothing nowadays. Except wait for the next meal to come (i did eat a little lest because im not burning as many calories, good or bad?)
....Well leme get to it, do yal have any ideas of things to do for a dedicated bodybuilder. Most of my friends are blowin tree (weed) all day long or getting sh** faced. So what do you reccomend?
Maybe longer and harder cardio? Heavy bag? Jumprope?
I mainy just eat on the weekends do a lil cardio in the mornings for about 20 mins. Then research bodybuilding and different sh**. I know its sounds like ima loser but im just dedicated and i kind of grew apart from chillin wit my "bois" who just sit around n get blazed all day....
Btw me and my girl just broke up, after a year and 4 months....Can describe the pain and straight up depression i feel every morning,day and night. HA...OFF TOPIC...DONT FALL IN LOVE. FOREVER NEVER HAPPENS. REAL TALK. TAKE MY ADVICE YOU WILL AVOID THE WORST FEELING U COULD EVER HAVE...
