diet i eat either oranges,oatmeal, or a nature valley bar for breakfast. usually a salad with grilled chicked, or a can of soup or something like that. yes i know the soup is bad cause its from a can and full of sodium causing water weight.. but thats getting cut out i thought it was good cuz they have low calories. and thats about it really i eat alotta prunes lol. and snack on nature valley bars and will have a protein shake before bed. idk what macros are.. and you have my word razr. i will not run this cycle, ill sell what ive bought, try to get a better meal plan laid out i guess, and start training and learning for future use. i have held on to a fair amount of my muscle from when i stopped really hitting the gym hard now i really just do 400-800pushups a week on my breaks at work some crunches and run. but i have a large stocky frame and everyone tells me im big all the time but its just cuz they are small. will having a larger frame help me retain muscle i add naturally and one day synthetically?
