    How much caffeine do you guys take in a day?

    Its horrible to say because Im a strength and conditioning coach but I take in a lot of caffeine! and tell my clients to avoid it lol On a normal day Il have a cup of coffee at about 9-10 a.m so Im nice and energized for my clients, and then a sugar free energy drink about 30 mins before my workout in the late afternoon so I can hit the weights hard! with my job it tough to not have caffeine! Im constantly on the go and when Im not training a client Im on my computer studying or networking....I think Im going to quit this caffeine sh$t soon! lol

    Any one eles an addict? lol

    So your average is about 100-120 mgs ED? That's not that bad. I enjoy coffee and energy drinks once in awhile. My real offense is diet cherry soda. I can slam a few of those a day is im in the mood . My only rule is to stop drinking them at a reasonable time so it doesnt mess up my sleep. I read a study that even if you fall asleep caffeine can still lower the quality of rest.

    i have a 16oz coffee in the morning and thats it
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    no my avg is more like 300-400 mg a day. I drink large nrg drinks lol

    Im healthy as a horse other then the caffeine! Im about 8-9% bf, eat healthy, and hardly touch a carb unless it post workout lol Im mostly concerned with the cortisol I might be producing...

    I just started no-explode 2.0 for PW, has 200mg of caffiene.

    My old manager would drink 3-4 sometimes 5 large energy drinks a day! the guy was wired lol and although he was not fat he carried alot of his fat in the waist prob because of the mas amount of cortisol he was producing.

    i drink probaly 4 pots, not cups but pots of black coffee a day.

    have to keep moving...not worried about the coffee, but the cigs will kill me

    2 large coffees per day = prob 20 oz each ....
    prob around 600+ , maybe 800mgs caff / day...
    No plans on changing that anytime soon....

    id guess around 5-600mg of caffine a day along with 50-100mg a day of vivance and im still tired all day

    usually 1-2cups of coffee. 16oz, 1-2 0 carb energy drinks, a few 1-Db over drives and whatever preworkout i use.

    None that im aware of. Only thing i drink is water . have not had a caffeine drink since 2009

    Coffee ... I've tried to escape it, but I can't. At least two (2) cups in the morning. When in Seattle and Portland, I drink more ... Why is that?

    I only really drink coffee on the weekends( non work days) or on my rest days, I train in the morning and take 1MR for my pre work out, after taking that I can't handle any more caffeine for the day !!!

    1-2g maybe? I have no idea. I take pre workout and drink about a pot of coffee a day. In the winter well I was bulking I didn't really take in much at all but when prepping it keeps me going.

    theres nothing like a morning coffee with whole 35% creme first thing in the morning on a cold day!

    Sometimes I drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day. I get an espresso sometimes 1x a week, usually a 4x shot. I also go weeks without drinking any coffee or espresso. I dont drink energy drinks except maybe 2 or 3x a year. I dont drink pop unless I have a rum & coke but that's maybe 1x a month or less.

    I guess I dont have a coffee problem? Ill stick to my Vyvance.

    I either drink a sugar free 20 oz redbull a half hour before I lift or I take a 200mg no doze. And that's it! I'm so used to it now, I don't even get amped by it. I just feel lethargic without it in the gym.

    no caffine for me, already have 1 addictive habbit thats unhealthy and costly (smoking)
    but I did take caffine pill for a bit with clen for added boost...made me jittery and shakey as h#ll PLUS insane~ in-sane headackes if I missed a day!
    I never understood how folks b!tched about no coffe and feeling like @ss...untill I stopped the evil caffine pills ....much new found sympathy for coffee drinkers now!
    and I didnt even take it long enough for it to be something that I depended on or got used to

    I will never take caffine ever again, benifits didnt warrent it for me... never

    300mg caffeine anhydrous pill before workouts plus a small coffee, 1 cup of regular strong tea and 3 cups of green tea. Probably about 450mg.

    I don't notice any difference on non pill/non workout day! Not sure I would ever mix caffeine with clen though!

    Why do you smoke. STOP now, you know all the reasons you should. Yes I know it's hard but only for a while. I quit because I knew it was addicting and I felt it. I dont like anything having control of me like that. Maybe that's why I have a problem in relationships sometimes. lol

    0 Caffeine doesn't effect me very well or do anything till I get a high dose then i just don't feel good. So my preference is none.

    Have you tried just black coffee? Energy drinks do nothing for me or Coke, Pepsi, Mt. Dew, the put me to sleep. Coffee if I have 2 or 3 I start to get a buzz. 1 cup only puts me to sleep also.

    I haven't, lately I get tired after lunch or dinner when its time to lift.

    You might have mild ADD like me and caffeine puts me to sleep unless it's enough of it. Drink at least 3 cups black and see how that does

    My caffeine intake is OUT OF CONTROL. I work 70hrs a week in a bar, and get up at 6:30 am to workout 5 days a week. between redbull, vivarin, and xenadrin, I take in about 1500-1800mg/ed. Not proud of it and not happy about it, but its the only way I can function.

    WOW!!!! that a massive amount of caffeine! that almost dangerous I would think? how do you sleep at night? lol

    I am addicted to coffee so who knows how much I take in a day. Also drink diet Dr. Pepper and have an energy drink at work.
