Hey my nick name is BoomStick...well atleast at school thats what they call me. I did abit of working out in the yr slowly but..i feel really motivated now in getting good shape.. I don't want to get to buff but lean and cut really nice. I was just wondering what i should do to get started...nutrition wise lifting wise etc. If anyone has any info please feel free to post. current stats: weight:140lbs height: 5'10 body: skinny. From the 1-2 months of working out i did i did much muscle improvement maybe that just cuz how skinny i was. anyway i dont have anything special. but i am definatley motivated in getting there. All i need is some starting advice on what to do.
