    Chest Advice Needed.

So iv'e been working on getting the separation between my right and left peck and its been going good i pretty much almost have it but its vary small. I just need to know if it would be over kill to train chest 2 times a week to get it bigger and get more of that separation going. So I would be training chest Monday and Friday. Please tell me if this is a good idea because I plan on trying this out for 2 weeks and I want to know if its a waste of time. Also I am natural would there be enough time in between workouts to recover? Thanks.

3 on 1 off is a good workout routine. Arms and shoulders. Chest and Back. Legs. Off.
To get the split, try incline dumb bells.

My new split is going to be

    Mon: Chest + Bi's
    Tue: Shoulders
    Wed: Back + Tri's
    Thur: Off
    Fri: Chest
    Sat: Legs
    Sun: Off

Im going to do this for 2 weeks see if my chest improves, my chest workout is like this

4 sets flat bench press go heavy from 8 - 12 reps
    3 sets flat bench flys
    4 sets incline bench press
    3 sets incline bench flys
3 sets of push ups til failure I usually do like 130 ish.

Start with incline flies. Then decrease incline for another set, then decrease again for another set. Then decrease to flat flies. Then do the same workout with straight bar incline and decrease. For more split in your chest, keep grip close on straight bar. Dont worry about push ups. Save those for warm ups or if youre at home bored.
