So its a simple question really, how do you know when you've plateaued? By this I mean when you have hit a point in which you you have maxed out your lift weights and you can no longer get any bigger due to your own genetics. I know a lot of tards like to think they have plateaued when they can't increase their bench by a ton every week and they use it as an exuse to go on gear. So when does one actually know?
