    Hey guys, just joined up, writing to introduce myself. I've been training since 16, currently 28. I've always been a hard gainer, and as such always focused on good health and maintaining a low BMI. 5'11". currently 178lbs. This is down from 193lbs as I'm recovering from an unfortunate bout of pneumonia. currently about 12-14% BF. My cycle history is spotty at best. Dbol only at 20 years old, when I was young and ignorant and thought I knew everything. Anavar only on a cut 2 years ago, the Var was bunk.This was after extensive research on AAS, Var is the only compound I'll do without test, and only at a lower dose. That was followed by Test E and boldenone, dirty gear, cellulitis in my right glute. Please no comments on sterile technique, I'm in health care and am trained on IM injections. Finally this year an excellent cycle, T-400 and boldenone. 10 weeks and a jump from 186lbs to 202. 4000 calories a day, clean, 40-40-20 diet. 196 after pct. Unfortunately I am now the smallest I've been since 19, and don't produce the crazy amounts of test I did back then. Almost back to health, and ready to get back on the horse!!!!!! current goal is to get back it it hard, doc has cleared my to train at the start of next week. I'm going to cut at my current weight, and get as lean as possible to prep for one hell of a bulk next winter!!!!!!

    My numbers dropped quite a bit due to illness. 3 weeks of bed rest living on chicken broth and tea will do that to a guy. Yesterday was my first day back in the gym; chest and shoulders. Great intensity, ran a 12 minute mile, but strength is WAY down!!!!
