hey guys/gals i want you all to critique my phyisque. im currently a senior in high school (ALMOST DONE!!!!!!!) my current stats are 5'8. 172lbs, about 12% bf, 1 year of lifting. im been doing a ckd diet for the past 5 weeks and have lost a total of 17lbs and have dropped an estimate of about 4% bf. i want to know what i need to work on to get an overall better physique. im looking for a a bigger frame with more rock hard muscle. i really want the abs too so i slowly getting there! if you want any other pics i will be more than glad to throw some up! i forgot to add that i havent done any gear yet and im still all natural lol. the only thing that im currently on is an EC stack!
