Greetings all,
I'm 50, . . . 6'2", . . . 250lbs, . . . probably close to 30% body-fat,
I've trained on and off over the years, . . . you know how it goes, . . . synchronised with all of life's highs and lows, . . but I've always been a member of one or the other gym, . .whichever was nearest.
I started gym around 20 years of age weighing less than 170lbs at 6'2". . . . . I've always been a "hard-gainer" , . . I'm a tall ectomorph (now leaning towards endo tendencies)
Now entering my senior years with a below par testosterone level of 416 ng/dl, . . building muscle and losing fat is so much more difficult, along with other issues.
I've done many cycles over the years which may or may not have contributed to my current low test levels, . . . regardless, I've decided to self administer myself on trt.
The thing is, . . . when I'm on cycle, training is great, . . . but off cycle, during PCT, . . . . I'm really struggling, hence my decision.
The one real thing I enjoy in life is body-building and I'd rather be on trt for life than struggle in the gym, barely managing to maintain a reasonable body structure. (with my body structure it's difficult enough)
Anyway that's my story.
