Im turning 46 and have been back in the gym now for about four months. The results seem to come so slowly it can become a little depressing to tell you the truth and I have no knowlage at all with respect to steroids, test,or HGH. So I guess Im asking for your professional opinions on the differences between them all. I would like to start my first cycle to get over this hump and put on so reak muscle mass and gain some serious strenght. I am 46 years old 208 lbs and 5 10' and i believe by my scale my body fat to be 28.5 %. I work out 3 to 4 times a week but again the results are so so slow. I have heard that HGH injections are the best, refered to as the fountain of youth somtimes, but Im not sure this is correct as well aparently it is also said to be good for your joints and repairing old injuries.
I know nothing about how much, how long or what would be the best for me to start with at this piont this is why Im seeking your guys professional opinions as Im sure you have seen this or been asked this often before.
I should also mention that I would like somthing thats not bad for the kidneys if at all possible
