Clen in a bottle???

Well bro's i bought a bottle of clen that contains 100 of 20mcg pills, the thing it that all the post i have seen in pic section the pills are much smaller. Mine are about the size of a dime and are in a bottle that says Spiropent and is made in mexico. What i am worried is the size of the pill, because all the ones i have seen are very small. Please i need everyones help on this one i need to start the clen by next monday.. Thanks

the spiropent i've taken was not the size of a dime..but my spiropent came in a blister pack...
