Breaking/Chewing up Anavar before swallowing?

I'm currently taking BD Var and I was wondering is it better to chew up the 10mg tablets before swallowing or not? I was told to "break" them down a bit before I swallow but I honestly am not sure how credible this statement is

Its not credible. The only reason to break up a pill is if its time release and you want results faster...ie oxycontin. Chewing your pills just gives you a nasty taste...not worth it in my opinion.

yeah Var isnt a recreational drug, maybe you should suggest to the guy who told yo uthat you found out shelfing them is even better

When I got a root canal I chewed my pain pills. It worked faster. You don't have to chew the Var tabs. They'll be fine as they are.
