I get so paranoid every time I'm measuring it out. I'm on clen for the first time. I've always been an ECA advocate, but I lost way too much muscle on ECA I found. I dunno...got ripped and all but I dont think it had the same anti-catabolic effect on lean mass as clen.

I piss just as much as when I'm on ECA. But then again, when I'm cutting I'm drinking a liter with every meal...with that amount of water youre gonna piss bowls full no matter what

I understand post counts have little to do with anything; however, this board is usually very good of banning the trolls before that get that many posts in. However, idiots get a lot more leeway. I haven't read any of his post so I don't know which is which. But as I said...the obvious trolls usually don't stick around very long.

basically when someone posts just for the sake of getting a reaction...

the name comes from 1) when you troll for fish, you throw out a line (in this case a stupid comment) and you wait for a bite (the shocked reaction)
2) basically only someone who has no life and lives under a bridge would do something so shallow and stupid (i.e. a troll, in this case, an internet troll)
