First time injecting myself. it was only B12

so today i injected myself for the first time with chemist brought Vitamin B12. i know for basically everyone that is going to be laughable but it was a large step for me never having put a needle into myself. it was just a "diabetic" needle not sure of the guage but a 1ml one.

the lady working at the chemist tried for minutes to argue that i needed to go get a prescription and i kept arguing that i didnt. and then when i said i need pins she basically looked at me like a junkie. i told her how am i gonna use this stuff without it? drink it ? and i managed to get her co-worker to call her an idiot from that.

but for $20 all up for 3 months supply ill be able to see for myself if i get any if little performance perks in the gym.

it was more a less to get over the first hurdle but well see how it goes anyway.

if this is the wrong place to post this please tell me but i thought it was suitable

yeah man from aus. as simple as walking into the pharmacy and asking for injectable b12 they have to sell it to you and ask for the three pack of diabetic needles too. if only test were so simple lol

For you too feel the B12 your going to need to inject more than once a month at 1ml a month bro!!
Some ppl will do up to 7ml a week
