    is endurance my problem?

I am 24, 5'8 and 185. So i have been training with my trainer since March 1st. 3 days a week 30 min sessions. It's only been two weeks but I feel like durning our workouts I get so dizzy and sometimes nausea and light headed. We waste no time between different work outs going straight to the next exercise and usually do 3 sets of 15 reps of everything. I have let myself get out of shape recently but I just dont ever remember getting so dizzy durning a work out back when I was in good shape.. Sometimes I do feel like I have to keep reminding myself to breath properly while lifting and its frustrating me because sometimes I have to cut out workouts short not because my muscles are too tired but because I am so light headed and dizzy I feel like I am going to pass out. What could this be from and how can I help this to not happen? Thanks

I feel sick if I don't eat or drink enough on workout days.

    - Make sure you're getting an appropriate amount of calories in for the day.
    - Make gradual changes to intake. (i.e., if you were having 3kcal/day before the cut, don't jump immediately to 1.5kcal/day.)
    - Stay away from simple carbs before the workout. (Insulin surge will you make you sick and dizzy)
    - Make sure you're getting enough water. (Dehydration will also have similar symptoms)

It could be a number of things. It might be because it is creating an e-poc effect. Your body is pumping blood at a fast rate, thus causing you to feel sick. It could also be, like stated above, you are not eating enough in the day. It could also be, if you are getting up and down fast, it would make you light headed. I would suggest seeing a doctor. It could be something serious that you need to look further into.

Very good point stated above me as well. Could be dehydration. Are you drinking enough in the day?

oh yeah drinking tons of water a day. so not dehydrated. but i do feel like the blood is rushing to my head and it takes me like 10-15mins to get back to normal. usually once i drink my after work out protein shake then it starts to get back to normal. I think what I am going to try to do is start eating some oat meal and a protein shake in the morning for breakfast right now maybe get some good complex carbs in before i work out. because right now all i am doing is eating 2-3 eggs before i work out.

That could be the reason. You need to eat a good carb heavy meal before your workout.
