Hey guys, i have 2 toothpicks that i would like to call calves.
they are more stubborn than a woman who claims she's right!
i need help growing them, i have tried so many different work outs, exercises, techniques and nope nothing!
i train them twice a week, with back and chest but don't do them on legs days.
(it doesn't help that I'm white and it makes them look smaller)
Can anyone suggest anything please before i go get calf implants lol
