    Morning cardio

So I did an hour of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. First time ive done fasted cardio. I felt like shit the whole time head hurt and felt like might throw up. Does it get better. Or is fasted cardio like this?

What kind of cardio are you doing? HIIT or LIT?

If it's LIT, I think it's weird that you're feeling like that....If it's HIIT, then that might explain it. I wouldn't do HIIT on an empty stomach.

i do moderate intensity cardio 35 mins 2-3x a week before breakfast, i would do LIT but i see to just wanna go faster and harder to get the exercise induced analgesia. I love fasted cardio it feels so good, i get a huge rush from going upto 70%+ HR. i do take 8mg ephedrine before I go but I have never felt shitty. I just feel amazing. I would probably benefit, strength wise, by chilling out a bit with the cardio but it just feels sooo good.

If its morning I do LIT, after weights in the afternoon I do HIIT if I still have enough energy.

LOL. It'll get better. Do you take anything pre-cardio? I love me some ECA stack first thing in the morning, but at least consider taking some caffeine.

Yea im taking ECA 3 times a day. doing weights later in the day is hard now. I feel like I have no energy/pump. Maybe my body just isnt used to going to the gym 2 times a day yet

possibly you may be out of shape, have you been doing proper cardio and exercise recently? with or without food any time of day?

if that is the problem you just need to get in shape and once you do it will not only get better but you will start to really enjoy it

Some people just don't do well in the morning food or no food... I for one never do anything in the morning other than get into my car. From 1pm on.. i can move houses... My body needs to be warm to do anything. Sure I could start training and get use to it.. but right now I am glad I don't have to work out in the am or when I have not been awake for a while. Or course most of this is in my mind and I know it... But, I still don't do any cardio until after my work outs... The biggest reason is my body is warm and my heart rate is up from lifting.. therefore I get better results faster..for me because i get to my training heart rate faster. MY OPINIONS not a fact!

I really enjoy fasted cardio but its hard to drag myself out of bed at 4am to do cardio then go work a 12hr shift.... Perhaps starting yourself at half hr cardio for a week or two might help you adjust. Then once your body is a lil more adapted bump it an hour. Ive been doing half hour 2-3 times a week and is really helping me.
