    1st Cycle (test en only) HIT or slow workouts?

    So, I will be starting my first cycle next week.

    Just test en(200mg every 3 days)


    What kind of workout in general should I focus on? Slow, heavy lifting or more of a HIT type routine?

    What is your definition of a HIT type routine? Not sure I understand the question.

    High Intensity over a shorter time. Less rest time between sets, faster longer sets.


    Or, what I am currently doing. Slow, long workouts with a lot of rest in between sets and short heavy reps.

    How about you layout your current workout for us so we can tweek it for your upcoming cycle?
