What does your training history look like?
What is your definition of a HIT type routine? Not sure I understand the question.
High Intensity over a shorter time. Less rest time between sets, faster longer sets.
Or, what I am currently doing. Slow, long workouts with a lot of rest in between sets and short heavy reps.
Bump. . . . . I would really like to hear what you all recommend.
How about you layout your current workout for us so we can tweek it for your upcoming cycle?
