    plz help me.

    Hey guys what would be the best first cycle, to take? I have been told to take deca with test e but i have been told not to. I have got a.d.d and try to do some research and there is sooo many big words and cant read the shit. Im 26 i got up to near 70kg then i got very sick and lost it all, now im back into it and want to get bigger, better and faster. As im a p.t i work in a gym so got time to work out heaps. Plz help me guys. I dont want to do any silly shit to my self. Thanks

    Definitly dont take the deca for your first cycle. That being said you need to lay out your stats to get more help.

    I don't understand why you've started 3 different threads with the same question. It seems like you get some good advice in one and then change the thread title a bit and post again.

    Sorry awesome but i want to make sure what to do ppl are telling me to research but its not the easy for me and thank brown and oznog. Now im 63kg i got down to 58 when i was sick. My height is about 5,6 bf is about 10% been training for about 2.5 yrs my goal is to be 75-80kgs.thanks guy much appreciate.

    research more read the stickies and others threads and post correct me if I'm wrong I thought dislexia is what would make it difficult for you to reasearch and how are you a p.t which I'm assuming thats personal trainer and not physical therapist well either one would require you to do research so if you can research that why can't you research what your putting on your body.

    Im broth bro a.d.d and dislesic just didnt now how to spell it. the word are soo much bigger with this stuff and im the kind who can learn by looking and going in to do course not of the net, and my mate is a p.t who help me with my coures heaps. Thanks

    I understand it's difficult for you to do so much reading, i just feel like info sticks with a person more when they find the answers themselves.

    Also based on previous people asking the same thing I'm pretty sure most vets will tell you to only run Test and an AI then follow with PCT.

    listen to archy he is awesome I dont know if he remembers but he helped me one time too and it was great advice. I was not trying to be mean either so hope I didn't come across that way my sister is dyslexic and I watched her struggle with it. archy just has more tact then I do lol however was same answer with the exception if hcg I would look into the hcg inmo it makes any cycle that much easier to recover from

    OK mate at 5'6 I would say you should get back to 70kg, if you have been there before you will get back easily. Lay out out your diet here too as this is the key to your success.

    I believe at 5'6, 70kg, 2.5yrs training and 10%bf and 26yr old you will be at a good stage to cycle.

    You seem like you are not an idiot and will take the right advice, so post your diet and work on that awith these guys and I would say the following cycle would be well suited to you:

    Test E: 12 weeks 500mg every week, take 250mg 2 x per week (Sunday Morning Wednesday afternoon)
    PCT: (start 14 days after last pin)
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

    now what that means in mg taken each day over 4 weeks like this week 1/week 2/week 3/week 4,
    100mg everyday week 1/ 100mg everyday week 2/50mg everyday week 3/ 50mg everyday week 4

    It would be a good idea to have arimadex on hand and ready to use if you need it for gyno (lumps under nipples) or you could use it the whole cycle at .25 every 2 days

    any more question please ask and it would be great if you could post up your diet and what you eat for every meal and what times

    hcg weeks 3-11 250 iu 2x a week

    pct nolvadex 40/40/20/20
    (begin pct 2x weeks after last injection)

    but he needs clomid for PCT too. clomid at 100/100/50/50 is great

    Hey asiandude i was diagnosed with meningitis but i didnt let the dr put the pin in my spine so they were not 100% on what it is but im back up kickin and loving life agen. Oz i get my diet in 2days of a mate who is nutritionist and a natural badybuilder, but the last 4 weeks i have been eaten beef cicken fish and heaps of vegs. Thanks blksavage and oz. Can i add u both?

    You need to post your diet and naturally get back to at least 70kg before you start.

    Good man, get that diet up and get some guys to help you fine tune it. Go to the nutrition section of the forum
